Designed for adults and children 8 years and over to enjoy fitness together; in a body weight and weighted circuit training session every Saturday morning. Encouraging a family approach to fitness, our Boot Camps are one of a kind, offering a chance for parents to train with their children in a fun and enjoyable environment.
TIMES & LOCATION
With an arrival time of 9.00 a.m. we aim to be ready for action by 9.15 a.m. Each session will run for 45 minutes with water breaks included when necessary!
Our location is Pentland Gardens Cricket Club, HR4 0TN.

Prior to your first session we require you to register your details with us. To register simply complete the Boot Camp registration form below.
